ALERT: The Department of Labor (DOL) has posted their sample notices and related FAQs for the Families First Corona Response Act (FFCRA) regarding paid leave. An employer can satisfy the notice requirement for FFCRA by “emailing or direct mailing [the] notice to employees, or posting [the] notice on an employee information internal or external website.”
