Garry Bradford
President, Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
Bradford has been the owner and director of UniqueHR/Unique Employment Services since 1991. He is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State
University, BS Natural Science and Business. For twenty-one
years, he was a Store Manager, District Manager of Men’s
Divisions and Corporate Buyer for the J.C. Penney Company.
He spent thirty years Active and Reserve with the United
States Army, retiring with a rank of Colonel. His military
training included Basic and Advanced Infantry Officers
Course, Basic and Advanced Military Intelligence Officers
Course, and Command and General Staff College. He also has
twelve hours in Advanced Management Studies from New York
University and ten hours in Advanced Marketing Studies from
Harvard University. He has also attended courses through PEO
University the National Association of Professional Employer
Organization (NAPEO’s) Education System to include over
ninety hours of professional courses and seminars. Some of
these courses are: Workers Compensation Insurance, Health
Care Insurance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Payroll
Taxes, Payroll Systems, E-Commerce, Claims Management and
Legal issues related to PEO’s, among others. He is the
current President of Texas Chapter of NAPEO and a board
member of the National Association of Professional Employer
Organizations (NAPEO) and serves as the Past Chairman of the
Best Practices Workers Compensation Certification Institute
(CI).

Rebecca Bradford
Senior Vice President and Co-Owner
Mrs.
Bradford is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State
University, BS Education. She spent thirteen years teaching
K-5. She is also a graduate of Leadership Corpus
Christi (Class XXIX), which is a select group of thirty
business leaders who attend a twelve month program. She
served on the steering committee for LLC XXXI. She has over
ten hours of professional courses from PEO University -
National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO’s
Education System). She also has over ninety hours of
professional courses and seminars provided by NAPEO covering
Workers Compensation Insurance, Payroll Systems, E-Commerce,
Claims Management and Legal issues related to PEO’s. Mrs.
Bradford is a member of the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi.

Jerry Dosser
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dosser is a graduate of the University of Texas –
Arlington, BBA Business. He also has forty years experience
with J.C. Penney in Store and District Management. He
attended and graduated with over twelve hours of
professional courses from PEO University – National
Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO's
Education System). He has attained over sixty hours of
courses and seminars covering Workers Compensation
Insurance, Health Care Insurance, Human Relations,
Retirement Plans, Payroll Taxes, Payroll Systems, Risk
Management and more, all conducted by NAPEO.

Rick
Delano
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Delano is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin,
BBA Accounting, Minor in Mathematics, and is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) with an Association of Independent
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) certification. He was
previously a Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company Staff
Analyst and Audit Supervisor and a Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Financial Officer for large oilfield service
company. Mr. Delano has attended several PayPlus Software
Training Schools (our primary software system for our PEO)
and numerous American Payroll Association continuing
education classes and has over thirty years experience in
Financial Accounting. Mr. Delano is a member of the American
Payroll Association and an elder in the Presbyterian Church
U.S.A.

Greg
Maisel
Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Maisel joined UniqueHR in
1999 and is a graduate of Texas A&M Kingsville, BA Finance,
and holds a Master of Science, Adult Education from Troy
State University, and a Master of Science, Strategic
Studies, from the Naval War College. He is also a graduate
of the Air Command and Staff College, Air University,
Maxwell Air Force Base and the Naval War College, Newport,
R.I. He has thirty years of professional experience in
strategic and logistics planning, all levels of
organizational development; complex program coordination and
executive administrative and operational management in the
United States Marine Corps. He was also the Commanding
Officer of units in excess of 200 personnel on three
occasions. He gained many years experience in training and
professional development, as Marine Corps Aviator and
instructor pilot as well the Professor of Naval Science and
Director of Naval Science Department for Virginia Military
Institute (VMI), retiring at the rank of Colonel. Colonel
Maisel also attended and graduated from PEO University -
National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO’s
Education System). These courses included Human Resources,
Health Care Insurance, Retirement Plans, Harassment in the
Work Place and more. He also has over sixty hours of courses
and seminars covering Workers Compensation Insurance,
General Liability Insurance, Health Insurance Administration
(COBRA, HIPAA) Risk Management, Claims Management and more.
He has also attended twenty-four hours of “Sales and
Marketing Management” professional training seminars.

Chris
Bradford
Vice President, Underwriter

Mr. Bradford was a graduate of Texas A&M University—Corpus
Christi in 2004 with a major in Business Management and a
minor in Psychology. He has been an employee of UniqueHR since 1996. Since graduation he has extended his knowledge
by participating in various training programs as well as
seminars. He is currently assisting with client-contract
related projects as well as various other administrative
tasks.

Lorie
Copus
Human Resources Director
Ms. Copus is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University
and earned a BS with a major in Business. She has 20 years
of experience in Human Resource Management and extensive
experience in retail operations. The majority of her Human Resource experience has been in Regional and Director level
positions within the restaurant and retail industries.
Lorie’s generalist background includes areas of employee
relations, employment law, policy administration,
recruitment, training, and leadership development. She also
holds Mediation Certification and is certified to facilitate
360 Leadership Feedback through Staub Leadership. Lorie has
been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
since 2001 and is a member of the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM) and the Corpus Christi Human Resources
Management Association (CCHRMA).

Michael
Wiley
Information Technology
Director

Mr. Wiley is a graduate of the University of Texas – Pan
American with a BBA in Computer Information Systems and
minors in Marketing and Statistics. He has over twenty five years
of managerial, programming and computer network support
experience. For over eight years, Mr. Wiley worked within
the home health care industry, providing direct computer
technical support to for-profit and non-profit home care
agencies all over the United States. He also owned and
managed a home care company for five years and developed
software specific to the home care industry during that
time. Mr. Wiley is Microsoft certified in a variety of
areas, including Windows servers, clients and network
topology.

Dale Hoy
New Business Development Manager
Mr. Hoy is a graduate of the Texas A&M University – Corpus
Christi, BBA Accounting. He also has thirty seven years of
management and project experience, which includes eighteen
years in the for-profit sector and nineteen years in the
not-for-profit sector. He has extensive experience specific
to the Texas Workforce Development System. He has attained
over twenty-six hours of courses and seminars covering
Corporate Insurance, Procurement Activities, Contracting
Activities, Accident Prevention Programs, TWC Monitoring,
Networking, Facilities and Property issues.
