Why should I consider employee leasing with UniqueHR?

Employee leasing reduces the risk and liability exposure of business owners as Workers' Compensation unemployment claims become the responsibility of the staff leasing company.

Employee leasing can help improve your cash flow. Premium deposits are eliminated for Workers' Compensation general liability for employee actions, and health insurance products. Year-end premium audits are done away with because insurance premiums are based on actual payroll amounts and are paid each time your payroll is generated.

Employee leasing can directly reduce your cost of doing business. UniqueHR has the buying power to assist with high quality insurance and benefits products at reduced rates.

Employee leasing will save you time. It is UniqueHR's duty to take care of your employees, it is your duty to take care of your business.

How does employee leasing work?

Through a contractual lease-back agreement your current employees transfer to UniqueHR. This "co-employer" relationship enables you to delegate payroll, Workers' Compensation, and benefits responsibilities to UniqueHR while maintaining direct day to day management and supervisory control of the employees.
